Coal Ridge Sporting Clays is conveniently located in Weirton, West Virginia and features a fully-automated 15 station championship sporting clays course designed by Marty Fischer, one of America’s premier sporting clay course architects. The stations are placed around a beautiful hardwood ridge with woods and field shots set over a wide variety of terrain variables that shooters love. The target presentations include standard, rabbit, midi, rabbue and battue targets all set at different speeds, angles and distances to accommodate shooters of all skill levels.
The property sits on the state line between West Virginia and Pennsylvania and is centrally located providing easy access from the tri-state area for a day of shooting fun.

Shooter comfort is a primary focus at Coal Ridge Sporting Clays. Most of the stands are covered, with a number of them being elevated. The entire course is accessed by a managed cart path to provide easy access to all shooting stations. A fleet of motorized sporting carts are available for rent on site.
In addition to the sporting clays course, Coal Ridge Sporting Clays features a fully-covered 5-Stand, with a six trap 5 layout. This covered venue features a conversation areas with tables and chairs and a beautiful fireplace for shooters to enjoy on cooler days when they are not pulling a trigger.
The on-site Pro Shop can handle all of your shooter needs, including gun rentals, 12-gauge ammunition, eye and ear protection in addition to attractive Coal Ridge Sporting Clays logo items like hats and shirts and more.
